Defendant-Appellant, Barbara Zackert, appeals from her conviction on one count of importation of cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 952(a); 18 U.S.C. § 2, and one count of use of the mails to facilitate the importation of cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 843(b); 18 U.S.C. § 2. On appeal from her jury verdict she contends that there was insufficient evidence to support a finding that she caused the importation and, further, that if the evidence was sufficient, the conviction on only one of the two counts may stand, because both are based on the same conduct.
